Fruit and berry fillers for ice cream-ready-to-use fillings intended for adding to the mass, creating layers in cakes and ice cream rolls, as well as decorating them. Their main purpose is to give a natural fruit and berry taste and aroma to products and desserts based on ice cream. The use of fillers allows you to significantly diversify the range of ice cream, which helps to increase the attractiveness of the product for customers. Fruit and berry fillers do not crystallize when frozen.
