In April the seminar “The Production of CJSC Industrial Association “Gummy” and the peculiarities of its use in the production of confectionery and bakery products” was organized in Krasnoyarsk.
In the practice part of the event consisted in the baking of different products. All types of dough and a wide range of thermostable fillings, condensed milk and fruit and berry fillings were used. In the informative part of the seminar our specialists consulted our partners on the use of our production, introduced new products, developed the strategy of further collaboration and answered the questions.
