Sugar syrup "Pekarsky" serves as an additive to the dough to improve the consumer properties of the product. It helps to increase the volume of bread and preserve the freshness of products, gives the dough a rich aroma of rye bread and prevents the finished product from sugaring. The product is added to the dough 3-10% of the flour volume. All the sugar available in the recipe of the bakery product can be replaced with syrup at the rate of 1 kg of sugar = 1.25-1.5 kg of sugar syrup, while maintaining the identical sweetness.

According to the safety indicators, the product meets the requirements of TR CU 021/2011 "On food safety".
