  Yogurt  is a dairy product, based on milk, sugar and fruits. Preventive and therapeutic qualities of this product is explicable because of living microorganisms (bifidobacteria) they contain. They stremgthen our immune system, provide our organisms with all necessary amino acids and vitamins.
