Hal-prepared marmalade is recommended for confectionery products – it may be used as layers for biscuits and other bakery products.

The topping is half-liquid spreading mass, which should be heated up to 80-85ºС before mixing, then be mixed with citric acid solution and molded on biscuits and other products. Final consistence depends on citric acid dosage.

Citric acid concentration effects the structure of marmalade.

Storage term – 9 months.

Range: apricot, pineapple, orange, banana, cranberry, grapes, cherry, strawberry, kiwi, lemon, peach, apple, etc.
